SkillsFuture Credit - Policy for Cancellations / Rescheduling
Can I get a refund for the credit that I have used for a course if I am unable to attend the course or did not complete the course?
Where possible, you should cancel your claim submission in the SkillsFuture Credit portal before the course start date. If your course has started and you are unable to complete it, you will need to contact the training provider for information about the training provider’s refund policy.
SkillsHQ Academy - Policy Cancellation / Refund
Minimum Numbers: If we do not receive the minimum number of sign-ups for a class to start, we may have to cancel that class and reschedule students for an alternative class dates/times. If you're unable to attend any of the alternatives you're entitled to a full refund of the course fee.
No Shows: Your course fee is not refundable if you don't show up for your scheduled class. However, if you miss your class due to illness and provide a medical certificate within 7 days of your scheduled class, we will reschedule you at no extra charge.
Where a candidate withdraws from the Course for any reason, SkillsHQ Academy Pte Ltd shall, as soon as practicable after receiving the trainee’s / student’s written notice of withdrawal (and in any event no more than 30 calendar days after receiving such notice) refund to the trainee / student the following sums (less any applicable bank administrative charges properly paid / payable).
Refund: Refund policy is determined by the percentage of the aggregate amount of fees paid and the candidate's written notice of withdrawal received before the Course Commencement Date.
- A non-refundable minimum cancellation fee of $148 applies should you make a cancellation for any of our SkillsFuture Credit cooking courses.

- More than 2 weeks - 100%
- 2 Weeks or less but more than 1 week - 50%
- Less than one week or after Course Commencement Date - 0%
